Start your home business is an exciting adventure as you decide when to work, how much time do you spend and when to rest.  Like any business you must get organized and have the necessary tools that allow you to work efficiently and comfortably.  These tools include an office and equipment.

Initiation
Before starting to draw in your furniture to accommodate a role where you will put your desktop, your papers, your cabinets, chairs and other items you need to have in your office.  It gives you an overview of how you see your office and you can even see how effective arrange things as you thought in your mind.

If your business is in the beginning and do not have funds to purchase new equipment as you can think of using the equipment you already have.  If your computer equipment is outdated opt to buy a newer computer that can meet your business needs.  Another option would be to buy used equipment, they can find them usually in the period of your location or at garage sales.  Make a list of equipment you need to buy and avoid at all costs to buy those items used only occasionally.

Decorate your office according to your personality.  This to make you feel comfortable and relaxed when working.

Colors

Paint the walls according to the mood you prefer.  Blue, green and violet colors are Calamante.  If your business is stressful these colors can make you feel a little peace at the time.  The green color is neutral and when you combine it with a touch of yellow to your office brings a feeling of freshness.  White, ivory and gray are colors that can be used in any office.

Storage

Designate a place for papers, CD’s, DVD’s, magazines, files and other items related to your business.  Try to have everything filed electronically, you will save space.  For example: Instead of printing the emails they send, store them in USB memory.

Accessories
Buy paper, pencils, pens and other accessories at big stores.  How are you Many stores offer a discount if you buy in large quantities.  Write on a piece of each item you excel and make continuous inventory so you never run out of supplies.
