When making a business plan, it is common not to give importance to separate the real business description.  The fact is that this section should become an “open mouth” the reader to understand this from the start to what will be the lead business spending to be created.

It is for this reason that those who read your business plan, you first want to know the history of your company, if already exists.  For that, you should describe when and by whom it was initiated and the most important changes that have occurred during his career.  On the contrary, if it is a new venture, indicate some of the reasons why you want to start it.

Now, continuing with this section of your business plan, to be raised then the goal and the ways they have achieved.  This considering that it is important to have a long-term vision of what you want from your company.
